This finding looks at the relationship between job satisfaction and marital quality.

This study found that marital quality and job satisfaction affected one another. Increases in marital satisfaction were significantly related to increases in job satisfaction, and increases in marital discord were significantly related to declines in job satisfaction.


Sample or Data Description
individuals who were continuously married and were employed in at least two consecutive time points (1980, 1983, 1988, 1992)
