Family Religious Involvement and Parental Relationships

in families that participated in religious activities at least once
per week and parents who prayed more than once per day tended to have
more loving relationships, as reported by their children. When asked, "Do your parents express affection or love for one another?", children in religious families were more likely to respond "always," according to a report from the National Study of Youth and Religion. Both mothers and fathers in religious families were more likely to express their love or affection for one another when compared to parents in less religious families.
